6. No Guarantee of Employment or Placement
Genius Match provides tools and services to connect candidates and clients. We do not guarantee that any candidate will be placed, that any role will be filled, or that any particular result will be achieved. All hiring decisions rest solely with the client.
7. Intellectual Property
The Service and all related content, software, text, graphics, logos, and trademarks are owned by Genius Match or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Except for the limited rights expressly granted in these Terms, no rights are transferred to You. You may not use the Genius Match name, logo, or branding without Our prior written consent.
